CaveGabbio Team puts it all in one app: the crew talks, documents are filled in and signed on the phone, and the back office sees things as they happen.
Every feature came from a request by someone working in the field, not from a list of specifications.
Calls, messages and video meetings in one place, using company numbers and without anybody having to use their private phone. People joining or leaving the company are added or removed in seconds, and when nobody is free the AI answering service picks up.
Like the old two-way radio, but on the phone and with no range limit: hold the button and your voice reaches the whole crew. The map shows where everyone is and the places that matter.
Transport documents and waste tracking forms are filled in from the phone, with the data already there: no pads, no sheets getting lost or coming back unreadable.
At delivery the customer signs straight on the phone. The signed document is valid immediately: it reaches the office at the same moment and is also sent to the customer by email — and over WhatsApp, where available — without waiting for the truck to come back.
