These terms govern the use of the goglab.it website, the GOG Lab account and the apps and services of GOG Lab: Pronto Esame, GogTerre, GogAste and GogDesk. By using them you accept what follows. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy.

1. The website

The website presents who we are and what we do. The content is written with care, but it is neither a contractual offer nor advice: the conditions of each custom project are set out in a written quote.

2. The GOG Lab account

One account works for all our apps and for the Account area of the website. You sign in with email and password or with Google (on iPhone, also with Apple).
The details you enter must be true. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens with your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us straight away.
You can delete the account whenever you like: here is how. Uninstalling an app does not delete the account.
We may suspend or close an account used to break these terms or the law, telling you beforehand where possible.

3. The services

Pronto Esame helps you prepare for professional exams and tests. It does not award qualifications or licences and does not replace mandatory courses. Questions are based on official material, but the texts of the body running the exam always prevail. The business plan created with artificial intelligence is a draft to be checked: you remain responsible for what you submit.
GogTerre shows land registry data published by the Italian Revenue Agency together with the data you enter. Areas and perimeters are calculated and may differ from official figures: they do not replace official registry extracts, surveys or deeds.
GogAste gathers public auction listings from official sources. Information may be incomplete, delayed or out of date: before taking part in an auction always check the notice and documents on the official portal. GogAste does not take part in auctions and does not act as an intermediary.
GogDesk is our business management suite, sold by subscription. Price, term, renewal, cancellation and trial period are stated when you activate it or in the quote. The business remains the controller of its customers’ data; we process it on its behalf under the agreement required by Art. 28 GDPR.

Some services are not yet available: their terms apply from the day they launch.

4. In-app purchases and advertising

Some apps are free and show ads. You can buy ad removal or extra features; the price is always shown before you buy.
In-app purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, under the store’s conditions, payment methods and refund rules. Subscriptions bought through a store are cancelled through that store.
What you buy stays linked to your GOG Lab account and follows you to a new phone.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Your content

Parcels, documents, photos, text and any other content you enter remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you. You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive or that you have no rights to, nor data about other people that you are not entitled to process.

6. Fair use

You may not: copy or extract the content of the website or apps in bulk, decompile the apps, get around purchase checks, query our servers with automated programs, interfere with the services or with advertising, or use the services to build competing products.

7. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, text, graphics and software of the website and apps belong to GOG Lab or to their respective owners. Public data (land registry, auctions) remains subject to the licences of its sources. Software built to order is governed by the contract with the client.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the services running, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, faults or causes beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the outcome of an exam or an auction, for decisions taken on the basis of the data shown, or for indirect damage. Cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and consumer rights are always excepted.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the services and these terms. Significant changes are published here and, if they affect your account, we tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. You can stop using the services at any time and delete your account.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place where the consumer lives or is domiciled has jurisdiction.
