You can delete your data whenever you like: all at once, by deleting your GOG Lab account, or just part of it, keeping the account active.
1. Deleting only some data
Pronto Esame
- Results, statistics and history of a course: open Profile and tap Azzera statistiche (“reset statistics”) on the course. The data disappears from your phone and from our servers; the account stays.
- Profile photo: you can replace it from your Profile, or write to us to have it removed.
- Generated business plans: write to us and we will delete them from our servers.
GogTerre
- Parcels, owners, groups, photos, documents and deadlines can be deleted one by one in the app. Whatever you delete also disappears from our servers.
GogDesk
- Data that a business collects with GogDesk (customers, appointments, orders, documents) is managed by that business, which is its controller. If you are one of its customers, ask the business to delete it. If it does not answer, write to us and we will let it know.
All apps
- Advertising: you can reset or delete the advertising identifier in your phone’s settings and change your consent choices when the app offers them.
- Any other data: write to [email protected] from your account’s address, saying what you want deleted. We do it within 30 days and confirm it.
2. Deleting everything
Go to the Account deletion page: when the account goes, all linked data goes with it, in every app.
3. Getting a copy of your data
You can ask us for a copy of all your data in a machine-readable format. Write to [email protected]: we send it within one month.
4. What we keep anyway
Only what the law requires, such as accounting data for purchases, for the period required. Deleted data also disappears from backups within six months at most.
5. Data from the goglab.it website
If you wrote to us through the contact form, you can ask us to delete your message and contact details by writing to [email protected]. See also the privacy policy.
